Chain Kinks and Folds on Its Own
When I received the necklace, I was very happy with how beautiful and delicate it looked. However, once I put it on, I noticed a significant issue — the chain bends and folds awkwardly by itself, as shown in the photo. It doesn’t lay flat around the neck and appears twisted or uneven when worn.This issue makes it uncomfortable to wear and takes away from the elegant appearance shown in the photos. It also raises concerns about durability, as such kinks may weaken the chain over time and cause it to break more easily with regular use.It doesn’t seem to be shipping damage — it looks like a defect in the chain itself. I really love the design, but this flaw makes it unwearable for me. I would like to return it.
