Love love love this product. Very comfortable.
I ordered my back massager and it was great to have it delivered the following day. I had it in less than 24 hours. I love that this product has a heat setting, because I get cold easily and this really helps. I was hesitant on trying this since I have tried one in the past and it was actually painful. This one is very comfortable. I love all the different massage settings and heat settings. Due to a medical condition, I am usually in a lot of pain. This has been a huge blessing. It is really helped relieve my pain and help me relax I was doing it first thing in the morning middle of the day and definitely before I lay down to go to sleep at night. Is actually help me improve my sleep and the ability to go to sleep and stay asleep and not wake up in a lot of pain.

A decent massager
So. It works as described but its maybe not as comfortable as advertised. While sitting it feels pretty good, I’m not too fond of the neck massaging area because I usually lean forward in my chair. Also, if it’s not running then it gets kind of uncomfortable just to be sitting on it. I was mostly looking for something to use in bed but same problems. If you are not exactly in the middle of the pad, then its uncomfortable to lay on and by morning I’m half off it. It does have an automatic shutoff after so much time, I don’t know exactly how long, but it doesn’t seem to state that in the manual. The heat function is just right, just enough so you can feel it but not overwhelming to the point that you’re constantly turning it on and off.

Easy to understand instructions! The seat and back warmer is a huge plus, the massage function makes a long day at the desk more bearable. Great product for the money! I may get one for the car!!!

Great Features………But the Vibration Motors Are Uncomfortable
The various settings are a nice touch, and the seat warmer is excellent. However, the vibration motors are a major drawback. There’s no cushioning over them, and they’re quite hard. Initially, it doesn’t seem like an issue, but after extended use, it becomes uncomfortable. I can no longer use it because it causes pain almost immediately. Even adding a cover didn’t help much. If not for this problem, I would have rated it a 5. If you don’t mind the firmness of the motors, this might be the right product for you.

This is a well made and serious product as mentioned in other reviews, with all of its features as advertised. There are two points I want to mention here. First, this message pad releases warm, soothing heat and not strong, therapeutic heat. So, if you are looking for something that provides stronger and more intense heat, you probably should buy a heat pad instead. Second, the mode of this message pad is vibration and not the usual ones of kneading and rolling. This is the major reason I chose this product. In my case, I have lower back pain and insomnia. Vibration, to me, is more effective in loosing up tight back muscles and less intrusive to the spine, relative to other modes of massage. In fact, it’s not easy to find on the market message pads that target lower back pain as most of them just treat the upper part of the back. If you are looking for a non-drug alternative to relax, get better sleep and manage muscle and shoulder pains, you can try this message pad. What I do is that after take a shower/bath in the evening, I do a heat message for 20 minutes and usually can fall asleep easier with less wake-ups at night. The message intensity that I use is ‘intermediate’. I also find the warm heat very soothing and comforting. I turn the heat setting to ‘high’. How this helps..

This chair pad is a total game changer, especially if you work seated most day. It’s surprisingly comfortable to sit on, regardless if it’s on or off (basically I don’t feel the vibration motors). It’s awesome that you can customize the vibration intensity and where they hit, and even choose different area combos (like neck & lower back, neck & mid-back, etc). I also love the heat option. It is not too loud, I personally enjoy a little backgound white noise, so this is perfect. I feel less stiff after a workday with the pad! Great product.
