I used these as a gift for my volunteer team at church. I paired it with a journal for an extra little touch. The pen writes like a typical ball point pen, reliable but nothing special. Look, these are pretty cheaply made. The work like other promotional pens, so I appreciate the bamboo and the bible verses. That makes this a good item in my book, because it accomplishes a goal I have in getting these pens in the first place. They write quite well, and are comfortable.
