    The smell is outstanding
    I smelled this scent on someone at work and it was easily one of the best scents I had ever come across. It is earthy but in the best way possible. I use this instead of perfume. I don’t know necessarily about the “calming effect” of this, but the smell alone is absolutely outstanding. I went out and bought it the same day I smelled it for the first time.

    I have always loved this brand for scents for perfume making or for aromatherapy. Frankincense is endangered and costly; so I rarely buy and when I do, I spend a lot of time diluting it properly to get the most out of it, and use sparingly to be respectful. This roll on is just enough, affordable and saves me time from dilution!

    Second one I’ve bought (lost the first) this helps calm my child with adhd and anxious behaviors. It helps with restless sleep, nerves, etc. It calms and helps fall asleep but also works during the day without making you want to fall asleep. I’ve also used it on myself once or twice.
