Great oil
This oil is great for stiffness in joints. It relieves stiffness in my knees and lower back. Only a small amount is needed. It’s better than the roll on aspercreme.

Disappointing Because of Lack of Smell
I have bought Aura Cacia essential oils before and loved the quality and fragrance. I realize this is a different product but the scent is super faint. The flimsy plastic bottle also made it feel super cheap.

The scent of frankincense affects the part of your brain that encourages relaxation and focus. Another added bonus is that frankincense is well known for its pain relieving properties. I have used it when my knees or my wrists are sore from time to time from overexertion.Some reviews talk about the scent of frankincense being a bit strong. More than likely, this is due to the turpines found in the frankincense resin. The scent does dissipate and become milder after a few minutes, so all you are left with is a relaxing scent that is both warming and relaxing.
