I just received my package and cannot speak to how well the deodorant works yet. What I can say is, this was such a treat to open. Truly. From the little note, to the patchouli magnet. It feels very much, like a hug. I love patchouli. I have been told, by more than one person, that patchouli seeps from my pores. Even when I have none on. So this felt very personal and amazing to me. The deodorant itself is well packaged and looks beautiful. It smells amazing! Too good! I usually use aromoco by lush. But it is obnoxious to put on, dries out quickly. But it smelled like patchouli and I couldn’t switch to a non natural deodorant. Especially one that did not smell like patchouli. So I found this item. It is love at first sight or sniff or both! I will update once I determine how effective it is. I do know that it sometimes takes 30 days to adjust to new natural deodorant, so I am going to wait 30 days to update. A big thanks to Frankie and myrhh (with their cute name) for making such a great smelling product. I cannot wait to explore your other offerings!Edit/Update: Yesterday this deodorant was inadvertently put to the test! 80 degree weather snuck up on us in February, in the Midwest! I was outdoors working, as one does being a Master Gardner by trade. This deodorant kept me nice and stink free. Dare I even say, I smelled good! It does not keep you from sweating, which is a good thing, but the hard work sweat was pleasant. What a weird sentence. I completely forgot about the deodorant, until I took a break and wiped the sweat from my forehead and got a woft of something that smelled incredible. I did a 360 looking for a blooming flower or tree. Nope, it was me! I cannot wait to get in Pitchouli and take that puppy out for a spin. I know it is silly to be this excited about deodorant. But scent is very important to me. And prebiously, I hated smelling like a sweaty man. Which I often did by the end of the day, regardless of season. But now, I smell more like myself. Super ecstatic about it… Obviously!

THE VERY BEST NATURAL DEODORANT
I’ve tried them all. You name it, I’ve tried it. I see some of the reviews about a rash. I would not recommend this deodorant to anyone that shaves their pits on a daily and has constant stubbles that irritates the skin. The constant scraping the skin with a razor. Shaving stubbles in armpits creates chafing. A continuous discomfort. That’s why I don’t shave anymore . I wax, leaving the new hair thinner and soft. No stubble = No chafing = No rash or burns.I love the smells. I started with “livin in the woods” first. I bought the two and lasted me a long time. I reordered that one and got the purple odor eater, which smells of lavender. I would say it’s probably not for everyone especially shavers with thick course stubbles. I used to shave years ago and I was always chaffed and my skin was always sensitive and painful. My first swipe I followed the directions and felt it tingle a bit. I worked my way up to a slather.THIS STUFF IS THE BEST NATURAL DEODORANT BY FAR. AND works much better than any regular deodorant I’ve ever tried.

Smells amazing and seemed to work, but…
I don’t know if anyone else had this problem or if it is a normal thing… but there were weird fibers in mine that I don’t know were supposed to be there. Like a ton strands or hairs of some sort that were worked into it. I couldn’t get over how wrong and off-putting that was so I ended up just trashing it. It was unfortunate, because I really enjoyed the scent.

As the Review Title suggests, this deodorant is AMAZING! Cuddling in bed just got so much better with Frankincense Livin’ the Wood Life Deodorant. I bought this as part of a Father’s Day gift because my hubby is a wood worker and the product plays into that hobby. From the moment her opened the bag, we knew this wasn’t “just a filler gift” – it was a GREAT gift on its own. My husband has an active job and one swipe was enough to tough even to withstand a 12 hour day without needing a refresh. It smells amazing – which goes along with the clean ingredients. I make soap, candles, lotions and have tried making deodorant, today I stop because nothing can top Livin’ in the Woods. Its a fantastic product!
