Wonderful resource for growing in faith and sharing as a family
I am so excited to share this book with my daughter! Mother-daughter team Stacey and Bekah Pardoe tackle the joys and struggles of everyday life through the lens of faith and life together. The book points our hearts toward God and encourages both adults and kids to dig deeper (into Scripture and in relationship with each other). The reflections are relatable, and the questions are just right – they won’t leave you with one-word answers nor scratching your head to think of anything. I love that it is written by a real-life mother-daughter pair, providing both perspectives and making it accessible for the full audience.Each devotional includes a key Scripture, reflections from both Stacey (mom) and Bekah (tween-age daughter), a couple questions to generate discussion, and a journaling prompt. Finally, included with each entry is ample space for both the mom and daughter reading the devotional to fill in their own journaling thoughts, right in the book. I especially like that the journaling space is built right in, keeping everything together and making it easier to complete. The book itself is of very nice quality and would make a terrific gift for the girls in your life!

A Great Mother-Daughter Devotional!
I received an advanced copy of Bekah and Stacey Pardoe’s Girl to Girl 60 Mother Daughter Devotions for a closer relationship and deeper faith and loved it. The format of a bible verse and then a Mother’s thoughts followed by a daughter’s thoughts is wonderful. The best is the “Talk About it” section, prayer and even a place for mother’s and daughter’s to share their personal thoughts. What opportunity to open conversations between mothers and daughters. This is a great way to strengthen the relationship between them but also with God. I wished that there had been a book like this when my mother was raising me and I definitely needed it when I was raising my daughter. While I am a grandmother of two boys I am looking for opportunities to give this book as a gift to mother-daughters or grandmothers – granddaughters. Girl to Girl reminds us all that God loves us and is with us always. A great gift.

Blown away by how God used this book to open up conversation
This devotional for mother and daughter sure lived up to its tagline and helped my daughter and I form a closer relationship and talk deeper about our faith. Every mom wants to have healthy conversations with their teen, but sometimes our efforts meet with rolling teen eyes. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think my daughter would be interested in doing a devotional with me, so I prayed about it. God opened the doors, and I was blown away by her responsiveness to this book. Great mother and daughter devotional!
This devotional is a great way to connect with a tween-teen in your life. Simple but great content to grow spiritually together and it even has a reflection time to help in conversation. I’ve even been enjoying it and growing from reading it myself! Would be a great gift for a young girl in your life , not just the book but the time you will spend with them going through it! It’s something you could do daily or even once a week. I highly recommend it.
