It is not just tallow, castor oil and frankincense oil. There isn’t ANY frankincense oil listed in the ingredients. Water is the main ingredient, then glycerin, before the mention of tallow and castor seed oil.

Main ingredient is water then glycerin. This is not a tallow cream they just put a little bit of tallow in it to call it that.
