Quality ingredients: Pure frankincense and myrrh essential oils, no additives, undiluted, not tested on animals
Relieve Discomfort: Add 2-3 drops of Frankincense essential oil and 2-3 drops of Myrrh essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil, apply the blended massage oil to the area that needs to be relieved and massage gently
Skin Care: Add 2-3 drops of Frankincense essential oil and 2-3 drops of Myrrh essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil, take an appropriate amount of diluted skin care oil and gently massage onto the face and neck
Relaxation: Add 3-5 drops of Frankincense essential oil and 3-5 drops of Myrrh essential oil to 100ml of water, and perform relaxing activities such as deep breathing, meditation or yoga surrounded by the aroma

Many decades ago I read of these two essences in the Bible and always wondered what they were like. What made them so desirable. They have traditional medicinal qualities I read later.Pleasing. They are stronger together and that seems to be the recommended way to use them. Study up on them for surprising benefits. Traditional medicine has used them as anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory.I don’t really know more than what I read but I do know they are nice to smell.Now I know.

I really like this product. It smells of frankincense and myrrh. I use it in the diffuser when I meditate and sometimes for the aroma of the room.

Large bottles. Do not include instructions or strength of oils. Is it 100%? No idea if can be used directly from the bottle or should be added by drops to a carrier oil. Information on product would be nice.

Just wanted to see what they gave the Baby JESUS
I have been curious for years about these oil. They are not scents I would associate with a baby or royalty but I have read they have great benefits. After research, it seems to me those gifts were for HIS Mother. They help with inflammation, digestion, parasites, healing, pore tightening…. things that seem to help a woman heal after birth. I don’t plan to ingest them but I have added them to lotion and body butter. I like that my skin feels softer and smoother. I can’t say yet if it helps elasticity. I can say customer service is great, I was missing the travel bottles and they did get them to me.
