Super funny
Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I didn’t see anything about there being profanity. (I also could have just missed the sign). It ended up being a perfect gift regardless though.Edit: I looked back and noticed the section about profanity so that was definitely my fault. Changing rating to 5 stars!

Every person that works should read this
It’s a good book. It’s funny. It’s true. It’s all on the way you say something if you say it one way you can get in trouble and if you say the same thing with different words, you can get away with it

Good book to share with workmates
This was just a little book I picked up for a chuckle. We all have those coworkers or soul sucking clients that make us want to say what we shouldn’t. This was a good laugh and enjoyed by all. There is a type-o in the book.

Says the “C” word a little too frequently
I sure use cuss words, however, this book used the ‘C’ word a little too much. It makes me too uncomfortable to give it to my coworker, know that they are not super fond of that word. It says it 3 times in the first few pages. The rest of the book is fine and funny enough.

Funny and True!
Very funny and too true. Gave it to my daughter as a gift since she now manages and leads people. She says she has had to use many of these phrases already!

Disappointed
I was very unimpressed with the author’s idea of humor. I bought as a gift for someone dealing with the higherups and needed a laugh. I read it and didn’t even smile. Waste of money.
