I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this; but wanted something to support lymphatic system naturally. I use this in a homemade deodorant with magnesium oil and it’s really wonderful. The viscosity isn’t as thick as I was expecting but that’s neither here nor there. The scent is strong (to me, but to each his own) but not unpleasant, so a little goes a long way. I think it would do well in a Massage oil, too. Overall I give it a 5 star rating as I will continue to explore different ways of incorporating it into my healthcare routine.

Solid quality oil
I enjoy the smell of this oil and it’s gentle on my skin. Definitely a good quality. I have applied it to areas of lymph nodes before rebounding to try and encourage movement. It’s still to new for me to really give an accurate view of results. I have only used it twice. I wish that it came with suggestions for use. I have a sluggish lymphatic system and am trying to support it. Is diffusing the oil enough? Should it be applied? Used in a bath? Some supporting guidance to come with the oil to inform you of how to best reap the benefits would be fantastic.

Not An Effective Treatment for Hashimoto’s
Around 8 months ago, my doctor felt that it was time for me to start medications for my Hashimoto’s Disease. Unfortunately, while medication took away my symptoms, I experienced an allergic reaction with all five of those that I have tried. I use essential oils for many other reasons, so I decided to stop using the medication and give Lymph Detox a shot at improving my thyroid function. I’ve been using it two times/day for 2-1/2 months now, but my symptoms have returned and my lab work has gone in all of the wrong directions. It’s quite possible that this could be beneficial for other conditions, but if you have true/diagnosed Hashimoto’s, I can’t recommend this product as an effective treatment (maybe it’s not even truly intended to be, but I’ve seen many reviewers on the Rocky Mountain Oils website discussing its use for this condition, so it is definitely being bought as one). It does smell pretty fantastic though!
