Absolutely loved this book!
Absolutely loved everything about this book. It was easy to read and follow, helped me walk closer in my relationship with the Lord and taught me how to do so. I read a chapter a day as a devotional so that I could really reflect on each chapter vs just hurrying to get through it. I’ve sent copies to quite a few women and I sincerely hope they read it and get as much out of it as I did. You won’t regret buying this!

Absolutely loved this devotional study . I did it with a group of women and came away with such a better perspective of finding joy in the mundane, and allowing God to use me where I am. Gretchen has really made the Word come alive, and made me realize the rotten roots that I’ve been letting grow. I feel like I’ve been sitting across the table, having coffee with one of my great friends! Gretchen has a passion for encouraging woman to love Jesus deeply and communicate on a daily basis with Him. I’ve been in a season of life, where I felt like God wasn’t listening to me, and this book reassured me that He is and He knows my hurt. Her ambitions and dreams are being transformed by Jesus as he shows her, day by day, the better way to live. As she makes it her daily pursuit to know Jesus, she becomes the someone God created her to be: the Well-Watered Woman”.What a beautifully written book! The sections of this book: “The Well”, “The Word”, and “The Way” build on each other and lay an excellent foundation for fruitful Christian living. I loved this author’s deep love and respect for the Bible and her commitment to live every day according to the Word. I believe every Christian woman, no matter what her season of life, will find this book to be a source of encouragement. As the author consistently points us to Jesus and away from the things we grasp tightly in this world, I found myself convicted and comforted. Two of the many thoughts from this book that will have an impact on my life are the two phrases “ Word before World” and “Seasons change, but God’s Word doesn’t”. This book is both practical and inspiring, and I’m looking forward to using the journal that accompanies it to go further into the Bible and these concepts.

One of the best books I’ve read. Beautiful reminder that it’s actually okay to not be okay even as a Christian. Gods love doesn’t diminish, change or become less nor should you praise and worship even in the midst of what feels like chaos in the moment! Highly recommend.
