3 weeks later…FIXED
I was very excited when I pulled them out and put them together. I got the lot of them for the yard but they were so nice I put them inside.After the first night (all) the globe(s) stopped charging and no longer lights. I have taken the tops off and put them in a sunny window and put them on the porch to charge. Next I will try to change the (rechargeable) batteries but I am very disappointed. They were so cute lit up!These dragons are so nicely made and the globes are so cheap. I may have to think of another way to replace the light puck in them.I will still give them 4 stars because they are so unique and very pretty.FIX! Ok, I bought some rechargeable remote control tea lights for something else and just took the puck out of the globe and put in a tea light… works perfectly and I no longer have to worry about the days when there is no sun and I can turn them on and off whenever I want to… am I brilliant or what? These dragons weren’t cheap. I just saved myself a lot of heartache.

Cool as hell
I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it. The globe in the dragons claws lights up at night and changes color. All of which is solar powered.

I bought this dragon to place on top of a wooden arbor that I placed in front of the entryway of my enclosed patio. It arrived well packed and in great shape. The only assembly was attaching the wings to the body with 2 screws and nuts. I don’t know if it was by design or accident that there were 3 nuts included which was a good thing because I dropped the first one which disappeared into the black hole which swallows such small things, never to be found again. It looks great and attracts a lot of attention being mounted so high over the doorway. I did make a change with the solar orb, replacing it with a similar sized resin human skull and it looks great. I placed the orb at the dragon’s feet and since it faces south I should know tonight how it works. The dragon is made of sheet metal and so it’s not heavy and it is colorful. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend it for anyone who likes dragons or is looking for a special bit of decor.

Our dragon is great
The dragon is just the right size and seems quite sturdy. The coloring is great. He is absolutely a great addition to our landscaping. We will be bringing him in before it snows. We have had several rather heavy rains and significant winds and he has withstood weather well. We do have him anchored at the feet to protect against falling.

Well crafted and beautiful
I have purchased another dragon a few years ago from the same manufacturer. This one is new and improved. My only concern is the solar ball in the older design let water in and it killed the light effect. I’m hoping this design is better and won’t break too soon. Everything else is elegant and beautiful. It looks great on my deck and others are amazed. I am hoping the manufactures make another style this well made.

A beautiful addition to our new garden!
Our dragon arrived in a timely manner, faster than we expected. The workmanship of the piece is high quality and it looks fabulous in our new garden in our front yard. The only thing that could use improvement would be the packaging. It appears that some of the tape did not hold well enough to prevent the dragon from shifting in the box and one of the ears was a little bent. It was not bad enough to complain officially or send the product back. After reading the other product reviews, we used some Teflon tape to heal seal the globe and ensured the seam was parallel to the ground. We also bought some Krylon clear sealant with UV protection since he will be in the direct sunlight.
