Sliver frankincense oil – quality all the way around
First, I loved the fact there is a great deal of information and instruction included with the product, all written in English with excellent grammar. Though made in China, this detail tells me the manufacturer actually cares about pleasing their customer. The presentation is attractive; perfectly acceptable for gifting.Second, the oil and dispensing bottle are so nice. Oil soaked right into my skin and the bottle and dropper are high quality. I also used it in my oil diffuser – the scent was light and clean, not overly sweet or flowery.Third, it is pure Frankincense oil. No other ingredients. Beautiful simplicity.

smells really fresh
I think I was using an old oil before, because when I got this particular Frankincense oil, it smelled incredibly fresh. Like – a cedar-y, amber-y, very fresh and earthy fragrance oil. I like it much better than what I had been using.The oil is clean – a very clear oil – blends perfectly with carrier oils. I’m really happy I got this.

No noticeable benefits
This appears marketed primarily towards women and as an additive to existing skin care products. I tried it both as an additive and directly to areas of my skin. While it helps with dry skin, similar to any body lotion products, I did not notice any improvement in wrinkles or scars, even when applied directly (undiluted).It has a pleasant smell and gets absorbed within a few minutes and once absorbed does not leave an oily feeling.No negatives but no noticeable benefits for me, hence the neutral review.

Calming scent
The frankincense essential oil leave me with a calming sense. I don’t see many essential oils coming with a dropper, so this is actually nice so I could actually drop a few drops of the oil onto my wooden oil diffuser.

Smells great. Comes in a glass bottle with a proper glass dropper and easy-to-use lid. I really like that the box includes clear and detailed instructions on the potential benefits and how to use this essential oil. Made in China (per the webpage info, not included on the box or bottle) for a company in Ireland.

This is a nice quality bottle of frankincense essential oil. I mainly use frankincense mixed in castor oil for use under and beside my eyes. The skin benefits are wonderful. Good value for a 2 oz bottle and it is packaged nicely.
