    Don’t like it.
I have been trying out this eye treatment for almost a week, but I have had to stop using it. My eyes water for hours after I put it on, until I wash it off. I also got dry, flaking skin under my eyes. I have never tried a product like this, and I have never had dry skin under my eyes. Maybe I am too sensitive to wear it. It’s fragrance-free, which is good.

    Love these!
I love this product! It rolls on easily and has a soft, pleasant scent. In the past I had a big bottle of frankincense oil. To me, this product smells and feels exactly like the other frankincense oil I had that I know really was frankincense. Frankincense is not an “oily” oil but rather more like water. That’s what my prior bottle of it was like and that’s what it’s described as if you check a search engine. I feel confident this contains a nice amount of real frankincense. (I wish I hadn’t thrown the box away, so I could read the ingredient list to double-check. Unfortunately, I tossed it out when I first started using this product.)After rolling this under both eyes I give it a few minutes to soak in. Then I follow it with a more “oily,” heavy eye cream in a stick that seals it in and adds a bit of sparkle. It’s the perfect combination for my eyes. I only use both of these under my eyes as I don’t like it when eye lotion that I put above my eye seep into my eye during the day.A nice extra perk about this eye treatment is that the roller ball gets very cold, just being out at room temperature. That means I am getting a brief “cold compress” on the eyes to reduce puffiness when I apply it. At times I put my eye lotions in the refrigerator to make it even colder, for that purpose. So far, this one has been perfect, just being out at room temperature. The order came with two vials. In the picture I am only showing one, just so you can see what it says on the package. Overall, I love this as one of the steps in my eye beauty routine.

Great eye roller, but where is the frankincense?
Zendi’s eye roller is a great pocket-sized eye-roller to keep on the go. It has some pretty good ingredients and its effective. My issue with this product is that is listed as a frankincense roller, but I see no frankincense in its ingredients. A full review follows:I received my two pack of eye rollers individually packaged in a small branded cardboard box. Inside each box was a single roller. Each 10 ml roller is about 4-inches tall and maybe a half-inch in diameter. They are constructed of an amber-colored glass with a metal-ball roller. There is a black plastic screw cap for each roller. The construction of the roller bottle feels a bit premium with the simple Zendi label on a glass bottle. The size, a bit larger than a typical tube of lip balm, makes it perfect to carry anywhere. I keep one in my pocket with my lip balm. The roller is effective in relieving the bags and, to some extent, the dark circles from under my eyes and generally feels refreshing in doing so. The formula is expectedly thin to work with a roller ball. The smell is pleasant but I can’t identify what it smells like—perhaps it is lightly floral or aloe-y.Ingredients are lighted on the box: RICINUS COMMUNIS (CASTOR) SEED OIL COFFEA ARABICA (COFFEE) SEED EXTRACT, SESAMUM INDICUM (SESAME) SEED OIL HYALURONIC ACID. ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF EXTRACT. So, its basically a couple of carrier oils, some coffee extract (I think the key “time erasing” ingredient), hyaluronic acid and aloe. Those are great ingredients for an eye-roller, but unfortunately, frankincense, mentioned on the Amazon page, seems to be absent.I am quite torn about how to rate this product. I really love it and think it’s a great product, but I am very troubled that it is seemly missing an ingredient listed on its Amazon page. If it weren’t for that omission, this would get an easy five-star rating from me. Unfortunately, I will have to deduct 2 stars for that omission and this gets three-stars from me and falls short of a recommendation.

Love the Cool Feeling Under My Eyes
I have been using this for a week, and while I cannot say if it actually reduces fine lines and wrinkles or remove dark circles, it does help de-puff my eyes in the morning. I think the coolness from the roller ball and the moisturizer feels amazing under my eyes in the morning.

    Not great
This product was not what it was labeled as and the roller ball doesn’t work so the product doesn’t come out.

    Where is the Frankincense?
This is a first impressions review for the Zendi Eye Roller, Time Eraser. Noticing the ingredients list, there is no frankincense that I can see, which is a bummer because I chose this for the castor oil/frankincense benefits. However, none of the ingredients ‘concerned’ me, so I went ahead and tried this product. It is easy to apply; there is a silver metal ball that rolls as you put it under your eyes. It felt nice, like a mini massage. The product had a small odor that was pleasant. After 5 minutes, the product dried and was minimally sticky to the touch. While it was drying it was a nice, cooling experience. You receive two 10ml bottles for the current price, which brings each bottle for around $7 a bottle. Do I like it? Yes. Do I think it is worth $7 a bottle? Probably. Am I annoyed there isn’t any frankincense in it as mentioned in the title? Definitely. Do I think it is a good product? Potentially, but more time will tell. For now, I am rating this 3 stars and will update this rating if necessary as I use it daily. What my rating means:3 Stars: Neutral* The product is average and has both pros and cons.* It met some expectations but fell short in other areas.* I might recommend it with reservations.
