I suffer from chronic back pains and this massager is a life saver, reliefs my lower back pain with its heat setting. Perfect power and setting levels of intensity and what directions is the massager can go and how fast. Strong massage but have to lie down
I really enjoy the massager for working the neck area. It heats up super quickly too. The motor isn’t strong enough to sleep on it while massaging my lower back. 4 stars since you kind of have to lay flat since it’s loose. Otherwise it’s all powerful and easy to operate!

The massager came packaged extremely nice. My first impression was that it was much smaller than I expected. I personally need a deeper pressure and unfortunately this massager was unable to accommodate for my back areas. Bonus points, though on my legs it felt wonderful and release a lot of tension in my calves.I did notice if I placed too much pressure on the cushion while it was running the motor would stop or bog down.Overall, not a bad massager however, if you’re looking for power, this is not the massager for you but if you need something lighter, this is probably gonna work out great for you.

Marginal quality and performance
I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

Exactly what i need, sitting in office whole day, the neck and shoulder is killing me with the tighness. this one works especially well with the neck area, the intensity highest is very aggressive if you need it, but i tone it down to medium when working on my neck, and only go high when working on my shoulder. highly recomnended.
